I'm not aware if he's currently on the 15 or 60. They normally don't move someone to the 60 if there is plenty of room on the 15, however. If he's only on the 15, he could be activated pretty soon, I would think, as it could be retroactive to the start of the season.
He's definitely on the 60-day DL. He was placed on it early in Spring Training, before teams even started placing players on 15-day DLs. He's on my Roadkill team, so I've been keeping up with that.

Volquez said in a statement he received a prescription in the Dominican Republic as part of treatment to start a family with his wife. He said the drug was banned by Major League Baseball.

"As a result, I tested positive when I reported to spring training," he said. "Although I understand that I must accept responsibility for this mistake and have chosen not to challenge my suspension, I want to assure everyone that this was an isolated incident involving my genuine effort to treat a common medical issue."

wonder what the hell he is referring to.

I can't think of anything a normal 26 year old who wasn't on steroids would need for that. PEDs would be the #1 cause of infertility in someone of his profile, given his admission he was taking some drug in the field.

This is such a joke that Volquez can serve his suspension while on the DL. Before today, Cliff Lee was going to have to serve his five-game suspension that he received for throwing over the head of some guy in Spring Training when he returned from his injury.
