Is there any place to watch coverage online?

Still pissed at wgn.

That's weird that WGN isn't doing anything. When the Sox won the World Series they had coverage for quite a while.

Kaner's hits the record book for more than just making the winning goal in the Cup Finals.

He's the youngest player ever to make the penultimate winning goal in a SC Finals.

Ladd had the penultimate goal for the winning team. Hartnell had the penultimate goal. I suppose Kane had the penultimate winning goal if you're looking at the 4th goal for the Hawks in game 5, but that would be a weird record.

edit: oops, so it was 4-7, so he doesn't have that one, either

Do they post the radio highlights anywhere? I would love to listen to the radio call of the winner.

I heard it. After a couple minutes of the confusion I turned on the radio feed and the delay was such that it was just happening. Weidemann was just as confused as Doc was. It's too bad it happened that way, but who gives a [expletive].

So they were pretty much like what everyone else was like?

I love post-title interviews and it's ever cooler when it's players you've watched and rooted for all year.

Too bad Foley wasn't there on the call.

Ok, I need to hit the dictionary again.

But I think we get the gist of it. Kane's the youngest ever to net the GW goal that won the SC for his team.

I remember asking a die-hard Red Sox fan after 2004 how much of a grace period he would give the Sox before he became a neurotic, cynical bastard again. He said five years.

Perhaps it's different in hockey, but I'm thinking about that in terms of all the tough decisions this team is going to have to make in the offseason. It's not that I don't care now, but the pressure is off, you know?

On a related note, Cristobal Huet's name is going on the Cup.

WGN's coverage is hilarious. It's a miracle they haven't needed to censor anything yet.

Radio?

TV in Chicago. WGN News is covering it as we speak.

Sucks, I am getting scrubs.
