Why would the Jays make that deal? Nobody will touch Soriano right now. He's 34 and is scared to steal bases or run close to walls. I expect a lot more from a 18-19mil dollar a year player.

Their interest would be that Soriano is cheaper than Wells and has been more productive throughout his career. And, as I pointed out earlier, Soriano's 2009 numbers were still better than 2 of the past 3 years for Vernon Wells.
