The roster just needs to be set Monday morning before CBS locks in the roster for the day. Once that happens, the position players should be set for the week.

 

I believe it's about 2 hours before the start of the first game of the day.

It's actually 5 minutes before the first game. The home page of the league site has a listing of times the rosters need to be set and first game times towards the bottom of the page.

 

But, 2 hours is certainly safer that trying to do it 5 minutes beforehand.
