Drop Placeholder

can someone drop the placeholder westmoreland from my team? I can't find him when I go to add/drop to do so.

I have a similar situation. I have a placeholder for Jiovanni Mier on my roster. I need to replace him with the real Mier (who has been added to the database since the prospect draft) but I can't add him myself at the moment since the first waiver period hasn't passed yet.
