This is where you should post all discussion about the contest.

I will start it off by asking if there are any categories that people would like to be included or excluded. If we get a lot of people wanting a certain thing put in or taken out I can make the change as long as it is within the next day or two.

to clarify, you want which pitcher's ERA is higher (worse) between Lilly and Wells?

sorry not following

your 2nd question in the Bonus Questions is "Who will have the higher ERA: Lilly or Wells?"

I'm just making sure that's what you want, as the Bonus Questions are generally phrased as who will have the better stat, not who will have the worse one

Ah. Didn't realize that. I changed that one from the Heilman one from last year. I thought it was interesting because they had very close ERA's last year and both are risks to not repeat (Wells fluke, Lilly injury). I'm not tied to it at all but couldn't think of a better one and wanted to get Lilly involved.

EDIT: Changed it to which will be higher: Lilly 2009 starts or Lilly 2010 starts

I always forget to do Pythag. I just did it for mine and I am spot on in my prediction of 91 wins. When you are good, you're good.

Do we want to try and get some donations for prize packages? I can throw in the signed cards and baseball I got from the 2008 contest. I don't do anything with them so maybe someone else would appreciate them more.

Can I jump in on this? Or is this a Cub fan only thing.

I don't see anywhere in the rules that stipulates it is (rules are carried over from when Laura ran it). I'm fine with you doing it with the stipulation that if we do get prize packages (most likely not) that you would be ineligible since any prize packages are going to be Cubs gear or memorabilia.

Rawaction and Vanilla Ice tie on the tie-breaker. They are 6 days off on the date of Lou's first ejection by guessing July 4. Soccer10k was just barely behind, 7 days off by guessiong July 17.
