I'm guessing that Miles will be gone. It seems like Lou has given up on him. Scales on the other hand could be valuable as a cheap back up. I would rather see the Cubs use him as a utility guy rather than spending money on the next A. Miles or N. Perez.

Here's what they should do with Bobby Scales. Hand him a trash bag, a hunting knife, and this bit of information. If Aaron Miles were to...um..."disappear" then Bobby would have a 25 man roster spot sewed up for next year.

 

Then tell Z that Bradley and/or Soriano were hitting on his wife. And that should take care of almost all of our stupidly overpaid players. Assuming we don't have to pay Z while he's doing 50 to life. :-))
