Interesting.

No surprise Scully is at the top, since he works alone. McLaughlin loves the sound of his own voice, though if you had a choice of talking or listening to Al Hrabosky talk, you'd flap your gums a lot too.

Also not surprised to see pouty Hawk so low on the list.

It was the first inning and Hawk was still asleep.

They should do the most talkative while their team is losing by 4 or more runs.

30th - Hawk Harrelson - 3 WPM.

The thing abou Hawk doesnt sound so much like an annoucer but some random fan that they let into the booth. I bet if we let Ronnie Woo Woo do a broadcast, it wouldnt be much worse than Hawk.

If this included national announcers like Jon Miller, Joe Morgan, Joe Buck, and Tim McCarver, I wonder where they would rank?

You didn't realize a PBP guy talked more than a color guy?

It just seems like Brenley talks a heck of a lot and Len just listens and adds to it. Then again I don't have cable or satellite and havent gotten to see a game since like may

Eh. They listened to one inning. And innings vary by length and what happens.

Maybe FSN got tired of Dan talking, though. The other day in the post game below his face they wrote "Rick Horton."

Dan's also done infomercials and stuff, using other names.
