WTH?

He just hit his 18th home run of the year.

Coming into today he was hitting..

.295/.365/.614

He is 28 years old with these are career minor league numbers..

.258/.312/.450

What is going on here? Imagine if he was a cardinal doing these things..

I only know him as that dude I struck out in every single AB he got on MLB The Show.

But yeah, that's pretty bizarre. He's only had 210 AB's though.

It's funny. I got a chance to see him play alot here in Rochester when he was with the Twins AAA affiliate and even though he never hit for average, he was considered the best hitter on the team and definitely was the big boy in the lineup... kinda an Adam Dunn type. He had to chance with the Twins with 1B being blocked by Morneau so they moved him to OF. It weird how he's suddenly hitting for average in the majors but for once I am happy for a guy doing well in the majors thats on any team but the Cubs.

Late Bloomer.

Dejan Kovacevic in the PG has been referring to him as "The Legend".

He put up some good #s in Indy before coming up, too. Seems to not be letting up.

I'm hoping he can keep it up next year, too.
