When Cardinals fans were posting scores and updates in this thread, posters took it to be them rubbing it in Cubs fans' faces how well the Cardinals were doing.

I knew the Cubs weren't gonna let this thing go quietly. All I ask is that if we make a run for the wild card, we complete it. Not like the 2008 Astros where we close and then tank immediately. I think we've all been through enough this season, the last thing we need is more false hope followed by a final kick in the nuts.

I really hope this is the beginning of Jason Marquis returning to Earth. I'd be willing to accept the Rockies as a legitimate team, but when Jason Marquis is their second best starter, something is really, really wrong.
