  1. Thats just 2 of the comments I can find real quick. HMM, doesn't seem like an ass chewing to me.
  2. WOW!!! WHAT?????? No, it's called I DISAGREE 100% with you. What do you not understand about that?
  3. His idiocy is so pervasive on the boards right now that I can barely bring myself to visit. I can't believe the mods have allowed him to troll for so long. I'm a troll because I 100% disagree with you? Interesting logic. You're continually asserting incorrect things after being corrected multiple times. That's an obvious failure to engage in a rational debate, and shows that you have no interest in listening to opinions other than your own. That's pretty much the definition of trolling. No, I have no interest in the three or four Bradley defenders telling me how unfair we all have been to him. That's a joke.
  4. He's over exaggerating just a smidge. He's in full, defend Bradley to no end mode.
  5. How is that his own teammates have basically called him a douche if they really didn't feel that way? His teammates let him have it. This is not some conspiracy agains't poor Milty. Yea Im sure Cubs players feel real confortable coming out and defending him right now. Yea that will sure earn you praises from Hendry. LOL! Like they couldn't say: "No comment". It's astounding people are defending him. Bradley tried the "no comment" thing, and his manager and GM jumped his ass for it. TOTALLY different. That was after game stuff. His teammates were asked how they felt about the suspension and they answered it. Do you really think if they thought Milton was such a great guy they would said what they said about him? I'm sure many have bit their tongues all year regarding this guy.

I don't think that's a fair description of what his teammates said. I agree with this suspension, I just think your arguments and reasoning are mind numbing. I didn't say the used the exact term, but they let him have it pretty good. Again, this not a conspiracy to get Bradley.

  10. Noone in the Cubs organization is going to come out and really speak their true feelings on this situation right now. If they think the suspension is BS, they arent going to admit it. Its going to be all company speak. Sure sounds like Brenly spoke his mind plenty. Right, because he was in the same opinion of Hendry. Noone is going to speak out against it is what I was meaning. If they spoke agains't it, they'd be telling lies.
  11. Len said Milton knew what he wasn't getting himslef into with the intense media, etc. He's never seen a situation blow up quite like this.
  12. That's not a fact at all. Oh, but it is. Has Milton Bradley performed above or below expectations? Heck, he's well below his career norms, which ends this debate right now.
  13. Jesus... He performed like a league average RF. I understand the desire to have something to point at besides your own personal feelings about the guy, but continuing to bitch about his production like it's a good reason to hate him is absurd and just makes you look like an ass. It's completely offbase and if you'd read any of this thread, you'd know that. He wasn't signed to be average, he was signed to be very, very good. The fact that he wasn't close to good and then has the balls to blame the media, fans and the "negativity" around the club shows he's a douche.
  14. "Milton Bradley did absolutely nothing to help the Cubs win games. Had he done that, you learn to live with it. In fact, the distractions on and off the field were helping them lose games."
  15. Do you not like Milton Bradley? No, I don't. I didn't like Alou either but he performed, so you learned to live with it. Milton Bradley, as Bob Brenly just said: "Did absolutely nothing to help the Cubs on or off the field." If Milton had performed, most of what he has done would be a non issue. He's run his mouth way too much for a mediocre, bust player.
  16. I don't like Soriano as a player, but I respect him because he gets it and is a stand up guy. I have more respect for him now after what he said below: The mood in the Cubs' clubhouse was jovial Monday before they played the Milwaukee Brewers. Players were measuring each other against a door frame to figure out their real heights instead of what's listed in the team's media guide. Alfonso Soriano, who is out for the season after arthroscopic surgery on his left knee, got a big welcome from his teammates when he came in after being away from the team the last few days. Soriano said he didn't know the specifics about Bradley, but understands how tough the hometown fans can be. "If they boo, that's because they want the team to do good. If you're doing good, they don't want to boo nobody. If you're doing bad, maybe they get frustrated and they boo. That's the way I see it," Soriano said. "The fans are great, but you have to play good. You have to play for them."

  22. Haha! Man, I love Aramis. "If he doesn't want to be here, send him home." \:D/
  23. Very true, Jim. That said, you made this mess.
  24. What are you not getting here? Do you need it spelled out for you? He's a mediocre player with a crap attitude and his teammates have had enough of him. That better?
  25. Good thing Bradley produced THIS YEAR for us.
