Smoltz still had good stuff on the Red Sox, and had a good K/9 and BB:9 rate as well. Red Sox gave up on him too quickly. He was giving up an abnormal amount of homers, which was his downfall.

Good to see we have all the Cardinal fans wanting to post the greatness of John Smoltz so all us Cubs fans will know about it. I mean without you guys here we wouldnt know about the John Smoltz greatness.

Fair enough. Don't see the point in starting a thread about pixie dust and then getting upset when being updated, but I'll knock it off.
