Valdez and Lee can fly.

How fast?

Jose Valdez tried to sac bunt with a runner at second. The ball was bunted towards the pitcher; the pitcher fielded it cleanly and it should have been an easy play but Valdez beat it out by over a step.

Hak-Ju Lee stole second on a pitch out. It's the second time this season he's stolen a base on a pitch out.

I've heard Lee referred to as an 80 runner. I was skeptical, but he's making me a believer that it might be true.

Anyone watching Boise and know what's going on right now? The scoreboard has been stuck on the top of the seventh for almost half an hour now.

5-5 going into the top of the 9th. Miguel Sierra blew the lead in the top of the 7th.

ETA: Boise lost 7-5. They are now off to an 0-3 start and the pen has blown a lead in each game.

Jay Jackson's last 8 starts: 47.2 IP, 31 H, 6 ER, 14 BB, 47 K. That's a 1.13 ERA.
