He would have been safe had he not waited in the box for a full two seconds before running.

He was safe anyway. Blame him for not running sooner but once again a blown call goes against us. Seems like that is happening a hell of a lot lately.

Because only the Cubs have calls go against them.

Because I have the time to research 29 other teams to find out.

There are always going to be bad calls that go against every team. I assume you only watch Cubs games, for the most part, so you don't see bad calls that go against other teams also. And the Cubs get the benefit of bad calls as well so don't act like every call goes against the Cubs.

I see no point in complaining about this one call when in reality, had not posed on his strikeout swing for a couple seconds, he would have been safe by a mile and there wouldn't have been a call for the umpire to make.

well at least wandy's up to 57 pitches... he's pretty good at home so i'd be happy with getting into the bullpen early.

Actually, their bullpen handles us pretty well.........

vs. Houst AB R H 2b 3b HR RBI BB SO BA OBP SLG OPS BABIP P/PA IsoD RBI%

...besides.... they didn't find me a load yet in Atlanta [/sigh]

Well, if you come back through, we still haven't eaten at Big Momma's yet.

Perhaps when we go to Big Momma's, I should schedule an extra day to recover ??
