Remember when we could have sent Hill and Pie for Roberts last year, instead we got Olson, Williamson and PTBNL. How many times do I have to open up ESPN.com homepage and see more Cubs being traded for these prospects with terrible numbers? Let's hope Miles can be an adequate substitute for Derosa's versatility, Bradley doesn't get hurt, and some of our relievers like Gaudin, Cotts, and Guzman step up next year because otherwise barring a Peavy trade/addition of Nomar, Millar, or Aurilla this whole offseason has been mind boggling.

 

I'm not reading 208 pages of thread on Peavy talks, but what's the latest?
