125 ERA+ in 2007

 

134 ERA + in 2006

 

224 ERA+ in 2005

 

He was injured (I believe) last year, but he's only 27 and has a career 117:292 BB:K ratio.

 

I'd definitely be interested for a moderate deal.

That's a very intriguing possibility. I'd sign him to a deal appropriate for a reliever with an excellent track record coming off an injury.

2 year deal, low base with high incentives.

I'd do that with an option for a 3rd year that automatically vests based on appearances. If he's healthy enough to rack up appearances over the next two years, I think he'll be a good bet to be a quality pitcher in the 3rd year. Next year, once he's back, he'll likely struggle, but he'll get good again once he's got the rust knocked off.
