October: Cubs in or out?

On one hand, we have the collapsists, on the oher, we have the eternal optimists. Just out of curiosity, lets see where everyone stands. How does the 2008 regualr season end? I have to think that we end up with the division, but even if we dont, I cant see us not making Octoer.

I don't think anyone here thinks the Cubs aren't going to make the playoffs. I think some people accept the idea that it's possible that they can still blow their playoff shot, but I doubt you find a person who actually believes they won't.

It's called irrationality. People have it immediately following bad Cubs games. If you still have it the next day, well thats rare.
