I don't know what's going on with Daytona's rotation with so many rain outs. All 5 of the guys in their rotation are on at least 4 days of rest now.

Antigua's record is mighty impressive. 92-2 must be a league record.

I don't know why, but I think Kyler Burke is going to have a big day today.

It'd be nice if he can finish the season strong since especially since he's repeating short season.

He's been getting better each month since the demotion. I'm hopeful he's actually learned to hit for average... if he figures that out, his walk rate and power should make him a nice little prospect.

In a surprise to absolutely no one, Daytona got rained out again.

At this point, shades of 2004.

Whitlock with his best start of the season for Peoria, going 5 IP, giving up 2 hits and 1 run while striking out 2.

Pina wasn't bad either - 4 IP, 4 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 2 K. Good to see his rehab going well, I suspect we'll see him in Daytona again next season.

Tyler Colvin went 1 for 4 (single) with a K and Marco Carrillo continues to struggle at AA.

I just hope the similarity to 2004 stops with Daytona.

Vitters is now 1 for 3 with a single. He also grounded out and flew out to center.

Vitters with his second straight single. He's now 2 for 4.

Oswaldo Martinez was fantastic - 2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 5 K.
