I think he might have thought you were implying that the Cards might still be up 4 games in the WC. I suspected that at first too....

wait there is another way to make the playoffs? because during the game thread, i was pretty sure that the season was over if we ended tonight tied with the brewers for the division lead.

Sad but it is what it is. I have no problem with creating 2 different game threads. I'd rather have a thread to vent in then put a hole in my TV to vent.
