Yovani Gallardo-S-Brewers Jul. 9 - 10:34 am et

Yovani Gallardo (knee) said Tuesday that he's still hoping to return in September.

He's still likely to miss the remainder of the season after undergoing knee surgery in early May. "I would like to pitch before the end of the year," Gallardo said. "That's what I'm shooting for. If I'm not ready, it's not worth taking the risk. But everything's going good. I'm going to do everything possible to stay on the right track. I'm not counting on it but hopefully I can come back. That's my goal."

This just seems to be him talking, and being overly optimistic, but if they do get him back, thats a hell of a rotation the Brewers would have.
