Some guy offered me this:

He gets: Dan Uggla

I get: Nate McLouth and Dustin Pedroia

Uggla is obviously my 2B and Pedroia would replace him. My OF is kind of weak with Corey Hart, Johnny Damon, and Carlos Beltran. I have Sheffield on the DL. My team is in first, so I'm hesitant to change anything at this time, and this trade mostly banks on who I think will stay hot the longest this year between Uggla and McLouth, so I wanted to see what other people thought.

It can go either way. Mclouth is likely a small upgrade over Hart and Pedroia is likely a small downgrade from Uggla. Uggla likely won't keep it up. Either the HR's will stop coming or more likely his average will plummet and Mclouth will probably see a drop in both (hr drop has already started).

I'd likely do it regardless but the amount of reservation I had would depend on the stats. 5x5, its close. A more progressive stat system that gives more benefit for rate stats... in a heart beat. Regardless, I wouldn't be scared to sell high on Uggla if you can.

Thumbs down

To elaborate, get a more bankable OF than McLouth. Looking it up, Pedroia's a better fantasy option than I thought, but you can do better than two guys who have a lot of potential variance in their performance the remainder of the season.
