Yeah because it's not like Hancock was found to not only be drunk but to have had pot and a pipe on him when he crashed. Just because he died doesn't mean we can't state facts about him, i.e. he was drunk when he got in the crash and, had he gotten pulled over before crashing, he would have gotten a DUI.
