Anybody catch this on ESPN2 last night? It talks about Bobby Valentine's managerial career over in Japan.

 

I only caught the last 10 minutes of the 90 minute documentary, but those 10 minutes were absolutely fascinating. I would love to watch the entire thing. However, I have no idea when it's going to be shown again or if it's out on DVD.

It's on ESPN2 right now. I've been watching it off and on, if only to see clips of Julio Zuleta crush the ball and get pitches thrown at his head every 4 at bats.

Just saw the last 45 mins or so. It was really interesting how they treat the fans and how the fans treat them. It truly is entertainment over there.

BTW, you can download The Zen of Bobby V on XBox Live. I think it costs like $5 or so. It's a fantastic look at Japanese baseball.
