We need to get these settled as soon as possible so that people can take any changes into account when firming up their rosters.

1) SB and CS points will be adjusted to .75 and .5, respectively

2) defense points will be dropped

Anything else?

btw - I don't remember what we did last year for the number of pitching starts per week. Did we end up limiting that or was it unlimited again? I really think it should be limited in some form or fashion this year if it wasn't last year.

A couple of thoughts...

1. I'd also like to see the number of starts limited, and I'd like to see ONE lineup per week. It's just easier that way, and I am looking at being out of town for an entire month during July, and my access will be limited. If a starting pitcher gets a relief appearance or vice versa, or your left fielder plays a game in right, is it really that influential or detrimental t the scoring?

2. How about points for "holds"? Doesn't have to be much, but there are alot of people who seem to think that a hold by a middle reliever is nearly as valuable as a save is for a closer.

Otherwise, I like dropping defensive points.

1) I'm fine either way

2) I'd really rather drop saves, to be honest

Starts were limited to 10 last season (5 starters x 2 starts per week) and it was your responsibility to track your opponent.

I do not agree with one lineup per week. What if a player gets hurt in the middle of the week? What if you make a trade? What if you pick up a free agent? Why should you have to wait until the following week to insert these players?

SB and CS I'm okay with the change.

Glad to have defensive points dropped.

I agree with Hosak that "holds" should receive points (maybe half the points of a save).
