and bravo to you if you are right.

please stop swinging at pitches out of the strikezone.

That was not the hitters fault. The pitches were ridiculous.

Fielder and Braun have gone deep tonight...

Fielder and Braun have a combined 52 HR.

To get to 53 HR for the Cubs you need to combine Soriano, Ramirez, Lee, and DeRosa.

The Cubs and Brewers both have 52 losses... The problem with the Brewers is that over 46% of their offense is homerun dependent.

home runs are a statistic largely devoid of luck. hitting w/risp isn't.

That's fine but when a team (like the Brewers) can't score many runs without the benefit of homeruns it isn't an advantage. As I said, both teams have 52 losses yet, the Brewers have hit 152 homeruns to the Cubs 88.

and the brewers have scored a significant amount more runs than the cubs have, what's your point?

6 straight Cub K's

once Howry, Demspter, Eyre, or Ohman come in - Cubs lose

For the love of GOD, Howry has not been bad.

Great, now that I say that, he's in the game.

I'll take the 0.15 runs more a game they score.

as i've said, he's solid, but predictable. he's also one of the two pitchers that lou uses out of the bullpen.

Howry in, Cubs lose - this is how:

walk

walk

walk

K

K

Grandslam

Did howry run over your dog or sleep with your girlfriend?

I simply don't trust him - he has his good stretches but always seems to lose some crucial games. That being said, I trust him over Ohman and Dempster.
