Canseco told WEEI-Radio in Boston on Friday that he has "other stuff" on the Yankees slugger, who he called a "hypocrite" who "was not all he appeared to be."

When asked if A-Rod had used steroids, Canseco told WEEI, "Wait and see."

"Jose has information about A-Rod and the Yankees that will be in the book. But, I am not sure if Jose is willing to disclose it at this point," Canseco's lawyer, Robert O. Saunooke, told The New York Times.

If Canseco had a video tape of Bonds shooting up, I would still rather see him just go away forever and never show it. He is probably writing another book just to get his own reality tv show on vh1.

Isn't Canseco nearly bankrupt and he tried to get someone to pay him to hang out at his house while he was under house arrest?

Would Harry drink Old Style? Cub fan, Bud man!

I can't quite put my finger on it, but for whatever reason, I really like Canseco.

It probably stems from him being the only one to fess up and tell it like it is / was. . . . of course, it's just so he can make an extra buck.

I'm not normally dranw to scumbags, but I'm a canseco fan.

I'm not saying I believe Canseco, but until there is some kind of proof, everybody is open to suspicion. Every power hitter and power pitcher in this era will be suspect until they figure out a way to test players.

While I agree that Canseco is a butthead, he's the reason congress had the steroid hearings. Whether you like him or not, he's more than willing to share his experiences with steroids in baseball. He played in TX w/ A-Rod (I think), it wouldn't surprise me if A-Rod's been juiced.

Meanwhile, every player and their brother claims that the sport is clean and not discussing/addressing the real issues.

Give me more guy like Canseco, he's at least addressing the issue (albeit with himself to benefit). Until the players union agree to similar drug testing like cycling (blood test, not urine), steroids will be prevalent.

I have read his book - and even though I have to say that I do not agree with his overall message (which in the book was that if used properly, steroids should be utilized - or at least that is what I felt he was saying) at the time he wrote "Juiced." I know he showed that he may have learned a thing or two as he denounced steroids at the Senate hearing, which I think was a good change in opinion.

Like you, I am drawn to Canseco. I want to hear what he has to say. He was blackballed from baseball, and he has no problem exposing the secrets that the public will NEVER know about life inside the clubhouse. He has no loyalties to the Player's Union.

If he lies about a persons involvement in steroids, he is scum. Until then, he is just a dumbass - but I also like hearing his perspective and experiences.
