I wouldn't trade Novoa for Garland

 

Garland's career K/BB is the same as Marquis and he costs 50% more, plus his shoulder is shot (his words). Hes had more than 4 Ks in a game only once since opening day. :pukel:

 

The only thing thats saving him this year from utter and complete disaster is an abberationally low HR/FB rate.
