Southern League All-Star Game

Tomorrow, I'll be heading to Jackson, MS for the SL All-Star game. I'm pretty pumped up about it.

 

We have seats on the first row in the last section down the thirdbase line. (Actually, I have a couple extras as my brother and nephew had to bail because my nephew is playing in an All-Star tourney.)

 

I'm looking forward to seeing Fox and Holliman as well as some of the other top guys in the SL. (A little dissapointed that Upton and Longoria went to the Futures Game instead, but oh well.)

Sounds like fun. I'd love to have a minor league All-Star Game close by some year (preferably the Southern League playing their game at Carolina so I can see some Cub farmhands).

Check the schedule and see if they have an en masse autograph time before the game -- since I'm just guessing that might be something you'd be interested in!

Well, they were having a luncheon but since Addison is going with me, I had to pass. That would've made a long day for her. I hope to get some before the game, though. The visiting team will have to walk right past where I'm sitting to go to their dugout.
