No, many have but none of the top 6 have and negotiatons will be slow for now. It's no big deal (I'd be more concerned if the Cubs drafted a harder sign like Wieters or Porcello).

As much as I'd like to blame Raisin, it was me forgetting what I read. For some reason instead of top picks I remembered this reading first rounders.

 

Have we gotten any idea how negotiations with Vitters are going?

 

Sounds like most of the teams with top picks are waiting for one of the top picks to sign so they can work around those dollar figures.

Vitters isn't exactly a budding scholar or future Nobelist. I think there is zero chance he opts to go to college.

He'll (Vitters) will sign the last week before the deadline which is August 15.
