get off Arams back..he had to make a split second call

might've been hard to go home with the runner in the way... he got two outs, i just wish he'd have gone home if he had an angle to throw

No one's on his back. We think he made the wrong choice. No one's crucifying him.

i feel kinda bad for jock... everyone knows he was all but traded today; sorta unfair to have him around still

I've been under a rock..... what was the rumored deal that went south ??

Look at the 50 page (non premium) thread in transactions

Jones to Florida for crap.

Minor leaguers with the Cubs paying most of his salary, I assume?

ya speculation is the marlins wanted the cubs to pay more than the cubs wanted to and or the cubs wanted a better prospect than the marlins were prepared to give up.

Much easier call with a beer in your hand instead of being on the field.

He took the sure 2 with a 3 run lead. I can handle that.

nice to see that the cubs are actually a really good defensive team lately

fixed it for you

no they are for real... #2 in all of baseball in defensive efficiency. It could easily be argued that the Cubs are among the five best defensive teams in baseball.
