Yes, that starter typically is the ace.

 

It is a small sample size, and I'm not too worried about it because the problems on Fridays are only caused by a low BA. His BB percentage, K percentage, and power (home runs and doubles) are just fine. He just didn't get enough singles to drop in against those great pitchers, and that shows in his .218 BABIP on Fridays.
