I'm watching him toss a bullpen session right now (he's rehabbing in Rockford).

 

Kid has great stuff...wish he could put it all together.

I believe the Cubs released him a couple of weeks ago. :(

 

One article I read about him a month or so ago indicated that he's recovered from his injuries now but has come down with a severe case of Steve Blass Disease.

The ball "hums" when it comes out of his hand... if he could only find some location. Great velocity, little control. Granted, I've only seen a bullpen session from him.
