Colt MOlloy 6th No No get him

A local kid from Memphis, Texas just missed his 6th No hitter but failed to reach it because of a rain-out the national record is only 6 by a high schooler. My teachers aid is an HS ump and says this kid has what it takes with a low 90's fast bal and a wicked knee breaking curve. A senior this year.

He is not a scout but a certified NCAA Umpire and a National federation umpire. Has umpired OSU and Texas games as well as Texas Tech and WT Universary. He has seen plenty of good pitcher and this kid impresses him, he says the only thing more impressive than this kid this year is the ASU softball girls

That's ok, sometimes I don't either. There is a kid name Colt, he is a high school senior from Memphis, TX this year he is working on six straight no hitters. He has a nasty curve and a low 90's fast ball. A friend who is a fully certified NCAA ump has witnessed his pitching and is duly impressed

from what i've been able to read about him he will be going to college anyway so he won't be entering the 2007 draft.

Here is a short video about him that was posted less than a week ago if anyone is interested. In the video he says that he's mainly talked to junior colleges, Hardin-Simmons, and Texas State. If he goes with a JUCO school, DFE might be a good route to take with him. Memphis is only a 1A school, so level of competition is quite low. He also looks on the small side and is listed at 5'10" 170lbs. Gotta love the accent though :D

so are billy wagner & roy oswalt. if he's got the arm his size should not be an issue.
