don't understand this...

 

Good pitching presence to go along with marginal stuff beyond a good fastball. His future is probably in relief at best.

 

If he has one good pitch and a couple of marginal pitches, and good pitching presence (whatever that means), how does that translate to relief "at best"? The guy just turned 21; there's time for him to continue to develop his change and breaking stuff.
