guys with goatees are weird.

 

when i envision a man with a goatee, i see someone with jean shorts, white socks, and black shoes in a pantera hat flipping his 4-wheeler into a creek. he may or may not have a gold chain and a tucked-in tank top to show off his "no fear" tattoo.

 

goatees have become the new mullets.

 

Somehow I can't picture Lenin with a Mullet.

Rothschild to Samardzija: Wear Your Hat Straight!

 

This is a few days old, but it made me think of this thread!

 

Paul Sullivan / The Trib[/url]"] After Cubs pitchers were done running Wednesday at Fitch Park, coach Larry Rothschild gave young right-hander Jeff Samardzija some unsolicited advice on how to wear his cap.

 

Rothschild recommended the centered look, the way almost every major-leaguer has worn his cap since 1876. Samardzija's cap was cocked slightly to the left, just as it was in a photo in a recent edition of Baseball America, which named him the No. 3 prospect in the Cubs' system.

 

It's safe to assume Samardzija won't be wearing what Rothschild called "the left-handed look" anytime soon.

I think everyone should be required to have goatees. Or at least Matt Clement soul patches.

 

Some of us don't have the ability to grow a good goatee or soul patch. :cry:
