Hasslebeck vs Chargers or Cutler vs Bengals......Hasslebeck hasn't been the same lately and is playing a tough Chargers D without his top target Darrel Jackson again... I played Cutler last week over Matt because of the bad weather and it payed off even though the weather turned out fine and Matt sucked against the 49ers.Cutler goes up against a terrible Bengals pass defense...But in this this do or die situation, do you go with the rookie with the good matchup or go with the veteran with the hard matchup..This is really hard..Id appreciate to know what you guys think and would do..

First thing to consider is (injuries) - Javon Walker has a separated shoulder however he appears to be playing.

Broncos wide receiver Javon Walker suffered a first-degree shoulder separation during Sunday's win over the Cardinals, but he played through the injury. Head coach Mike Shanahan told the Denver Post that Walker will continue to fight through the ailment.

Second thing is who's at home and who will be losing (passing) - in this case both teams so that doesn't help you.

Third, who's hotter and has the better matchup - Cutler, I'd go with him assuming Walker OK.

Similar question to you. Palmer vs Den. or Eli Manning vs. NO?

Thats easy.. Palmer of course...theres 2 QB's in the league you start no matter the matchup..Thats peyton and palmer..Eli is overrated, not a big fan of his anyways. Hasslebeck is on the next tier of QB's, Darrel jackson will be out so that hurts..The thing that sucks the person im playing has Walker on his team..So those points will likely cancel out each other if I pick Cutler..Hasslebeck has been so inconsistent but hes the one who lead me here...So Im kinda leaning towards him

What it Cutler throws two TD to Walker but Hasslebeck doesn't throw any?

I realize intuitively it seems silly to consider Eli or Carson but if you look at the numbers, Denver is 4th best in not allowing QB points and 2nd best in not allowing WR points while NO is 30th best and 31st best respectively. Will Cincy try to run against Denver (19th best against RBs) like they did against the Colts (32th best against RBs) or resort back to their hurry-up/passing offense?
