Oh geez, this inspired me to look at the 2005 draft. We took Pawelek 5 picks before Matt Garza.

I like giving up on 19 year olds. Garza has done what exactly? Won 4 games? At one time Mark Prior looked like the best player from his draft.

I didn't say anything about giving up on Pawelek, but wouldn't you trade him for Garza? Garza's clearly MLB ready now, there's a chance Pawelek may never reach that point.

Yeah I would now, but I just think you have to remember that Garza is near finished developing and Pawelek is just tapping into what he will be, hopefully anyways.
