This trade opens up the door to move Linebrink to Atlanta for Giles.

 

Just wish San Diego had something decent to offer up for Jacque Jones. They need a LF and he's a San Diego native.

 

They don't have much to offer, however. If only they didn't already trade Kottaras.

Royce Ring was with the White Sox farm system. When they drafted him they invisioned him as a future closer i believe.

Not great, but yeah, he was a former White Sox prospect. He was a total reach/signability pick.
