I know that there's a forum for minor leagues...

but I was wondering if it would be possible to create a forum for leagues in another part of the world, say, Asia or Latin America. Then we could keep tabs on good players from other countries.

I could imagine them having a stickied thread in the Minor Leagues forum, but it would certainly be well worth trying out. I don't know what the interest would be.
