Bah, nothing in the BoiseHawks.com writeup:

Tri-City had just four hits, one off the starter Jose Ceda who pitched just two innings, two off Mike Billek in two and one-third innings and one of Ruhlman.

If I can't find anything else tomorrow, I'll drop their announcer an e-mail.

Hrm, the story on BoiseHawks.com and the story in the Idaho Statesman make it sound not that big a deal that Ceda didn't last that long - all reminiscent of that time when Guzman went 1 inning only because he was being saved for the big league team.

Felix's final AAA numbers:

.283/.342/.452/.794 - 33 2Bs, 8 3Bs, 15 HRs, 46 BBs, 126 Ks, 17/28 SBs.

Not good enough:

We do wish he'd done better. He's got a few things to learn, according to our scouts, about playing the game. Everybody's clamoring for him, but it's not up to me."

Just looked up his complete 2nd half numbers, pretty sexy.

Hahaha. The funny thing is Pie's season mirrored Pierre's in terms of average; was around .240 the first half before pushing his average up to .283 at the end of the season. Baker is very quick to give Pierre his share of praise, but when Felix has a similar season (and when he's learning on the job how to hit AAA pitching at only 21 years old), he's all over him.
