Fantasy Football

Hey guys, Just asking for some opinions on people who follow and ar ein fantasy football... I have the 4th pick in my draft., and im stuck on who to pick...The top three are easy... L.Johnson,Alenander and Tomlinson in any order...Now comes the comes me at number 4 with a tough descision, Im leaning on taking the best QB in the NFL Peyton Manning since the top RB's are gone...But then I can either take a Portis or a Tiki Barber, Id prolly take Portis since im not a big Barber fan..But right now I have my sights set on Manning, who is usually a lock for about 3 TD's and 300 yards a game... Any opinions or comments?? Let me guys know what you think .. thanks

I'd go without Manning. Without James, the Colts may rely even more on the passing game. If you somehow could also get Harrison or Wayne (doubtful), you'd be sitting pretty.

Pick Manning if you want to goto the playoffs and lose in both games. Trust me, I've had that cancer for the last 2 years and its all fine and dandy until he plays 1 total quarter the last 2 weeks of the season.

I made the championship game in my fantasy league last season because my semifinal opponent (who won the regular season) had Manning as his quarterback, and Manning only playing one series was enough for me to beat him in the semifinals.

Portis or Barber and don't look back.

I'd take Barber only because I'm concerned about Portis' shoulder. Either one of those over Manning.

Barber or Steven Jackson for me. Portis' shoulder is jacked and I don't know if this is true or not because my friend told me about it, but he said that was the same shoulder that was jacked up last year.

The Redskins just traded for T.J. Duckett from Atlanta, so the concern about Portis' shoulder is probably legitimate.
