Predictions?

There is a lot of questioning on what Izturis will do offensively, so why not predict both what he does the last two months of the year (not counting his 119 ABs with the Dodgers) and what he will do in 2007 on offense.

Going forward, from now until he's gone(probably end of '08 since Hendry will probably pick up his option):

for the last 2 months of the season he'll go 337/370/475 and cubs fans and hendry will think it's the greatest trade ever.

 

too bad those 2 months happened though, because in 2007 he'll go 234/266/312 but won't be benched because those 2 months were the 'real' izturis.

 

cesar will have a hot 2 months that will cost the cubs dearly for the next 2 seasons at least.
