Murton isnt playing cause Nevin is on the block.....I think Neifi is playing cause he is on the block and Walkers not because he has been on the block since they resigned him... and they cant find a taker.

Well Pagan is playing over Murton today, Neifi is Dusty's son, and plenty of teams will be looking to add Walker's stick at the deadline. And I think this is like the 4th time this week he's been on the bench

Hasnt Murton been pretty good lately also? I just cant figure this out. Neifi should never play against a RH pitcher. I at least understand if he is playing against a LHer. He should never, never, never bat 2nd.

As a Cardinal fan, I have been worried about the Cubs the last few years. They go into the season with such high promise. But I have learned that whatever is going on in that franchise right now, it doesn't matter how much talent they have, I feel safe. I don't know if the problem is Dusty, or the players, or Hendry, or for that matter the Tribune. But as a Cardinal fan, I want them to keep things the way they are. That being said, if Cardinal fans feel that way, doesn't the Cub management realize that? and if so, wouldn't they want to make a change?
