Latin players Available July 2

Starting today July 2 teams can start signing players from around the world who are not part of the draft. Here is an article from ESPN.com about some the eligible palyers.

Yes but it is mosltly the Latin players that are important thats why it is titled that way. If you noticed ten of the eleven players mentioned in the article are latin. But yes technically you are right.
