I don't know how feasible this is, but I think I'll throw it out there.

 

Since it's board policy to contact a mod or admin if you are having problems or concerns, wouldn't it be convenient if there were a way that you could just submit a comment/complaint/request so that all the mods/admins that could help would be able to see it, while it still remains private from the rest of the forum? Kind of like a cross between private messages and a protected forum. Again, no idea how feasible this is, but thought it was worthwhile to share.

I have one of those on another forum, and they work well - both re-assuring the person complaining that their gripe will be heard, and soon, and ensuring that the person doing the complaining doesn't have to make too much effort to bring the person who is guilty of the misdemeanour to 'justice'.
