Won't contreras be on a pitch limit? Or does that violate Guillen's machismo code?

Contreras might have a pitch count, but I haven't heard anything about it. I do know that Contreras threw over 90 pitches in a simulated game a few days ago and felt no ill effects.

This week is extremely disappointing. My guys hit, just not with an ounce of power.

 

Tim had 5 HRs yesterday alone....................... I have 1 all week. I have about 50 singles, though!

 

My pitching was pretty good outside of Chacon who was hurt and lost out on his second game of the week.

 

You know it's a bad thing when you need Cory Lidle to pitch a perfect game.............................just to have a chance.
