Who to Drop

In my one league I have Chipper Jones coming back off the DL and need to drop someone. In this league there is no bench.

 

I have decided to drop Rich Aurillia, Jason Repko, or Jay Gibbons.

Stats are H/AB R HR RBI AVG OBP

 

I would say Aurillia, but I like that I can put him at any IF position.

Who woul you drop?

Aurillia will be getting some decent starts since Womack is gone and Griffey is still banged up. Repko was hot, not sure how he's done since we pitched BP to him.

 

Gibbons is definitely a guy to keep.

I'd drop Aurillia. I think he has a lot of value as a bench player since he can serve as an injury/off day fill-in at several positions. I don't think that much of him as a starter, however.

Agree, altough I don't think much of Repko either.

Aurilia's value comes as a player who can spell others when they have a day off. If you're starting him everyday anyway, he won't ever be doing that, so he's not worth too much.
