Dusty Sticky in Rants?

I think Dusty is a bad manager and I don't mind people complaining. Let's face it, there is a lot to complain about. But it seems like a lot of random threads are started just to rant on a move or non-move Dusty does or doesn't make. This then leads to people complaining about the complaint and so on until a moderator has to step in.

 

How about if we (well, one of the mods really) make a sticky in Rants just for Dusty?

There are a lot of posters who like Dusty and think he's doing a pretty good job. And for every person who complains about Dusty, there's a person who supports him and will defend him. Frankly, I think such a thread will be a conflict magnet and this particular debate runs pretty hot. Moreover, I strongly believe that focusing such attention on any one Cub signals a tacit encouragement that criticizing Baker is the "official" board position. That's fine when it's Joe Morgan. Not fine when it's Dusty Baker.

 

The bad managerial thread seems to cover this pretty well, and it usually stays on one of the first two pages of Baseball Discussions. It also sticks to actual bad decisions, which is nice.
