I can't blame Dusty for going to Ohman, although Dempster should've been the guy ready to come in instead of Williamson.

 

Not walking Drew, and especially pinch running with Bynum on the other hand, were moves that upset me.

 

Why were you upset that he went with Bynum as the pinch runner? Jones is coming off a leg injury. Bynum also ended up scoring. I thought it was a good call, and not just because it worked out.

 

I'm not going to crucify Dusty for sticking with Ohman there. I agree it's damned if you do, damned if you don't.

 

I really haven't had much to be upset with Dusty about so far this season. I think he's been managing this team pretty good, so far.

 

Even with Jones being hurt, he's not slow, and the upgrade in speed is offset by the fact that Jones is a vastly superior defender. Plus since it was the 7th inning, there was a good chance that spot was going to come up again, which let the black hole Bynum make a quick out instead of the guy with two hits on the day.

If dusty takes a crap and uses only 3 squares to wipe his rear end, will we complain that it should have taken only 2 squares?

 

Dude, you seriously only use 3 squares? I yank that **** out and use like 50 squares for extra finger protection room. I ain't getting any of that crap on my fingers!!
