No, if you look at the linked thread Scott G.F. says he pulls it off the same site that's in Kurt's sig.

Nope. I am a writer for Goat Riders and creator of the Brokearm Mountain photoshop.

 

On the other hand ... Brokearm has blazed a trail across the internet, including at a few radio stations where credit hasn't been given (and the Goat Riders name was mysteriously missing from the "created by" line). But yeah, it was me.
